Our Team:

Financial & Operations Management 

Sebastian Quintero: Currently a senior financial management major at the University of Connecticut, School of Business. Concentrating on money management and investments. More recently, Sebastian has interned at a private equity firm where he works with analysts and fund managers in conducting due diligence on investments. While previously working for a small hotel chain where he managed daily operations which included scheduling, resource allocation, forecasting, and handling operational issues the company encountered.  

Jennifer Pelletier: With eight years of professional experience, Jennifer have made it a priority to develop a broad and diverse skill set. Until recently, she worked as Finance Assistant for three years, being responsible for budgeting, forecasting, payroll, billing, financial reporting, and procedures development. She is expected to graduate from the University of Connecticut in May 2018 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Financial Management. 

Administrative Management 

Valeria Granada: Senior student at the University of Connecticut, graduating on May of 2018 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration. She currently works as an Administrative Assistant in a small real state office in Stamford. During her last year she has developed a set of skills that will be useful for succeeding in the market place with Efficient Motors, such as team work, time management and problem-solving.  

 Marketing Management 

Danielle Williams: In her 4 years at the University of Connecticut, Danielle has completed two internships as a direct marketer/brand ambassador, and a strategic selling analyst for a credit card company. In addition to these positions, she has 4 years’ experience in the UConn soccer office where she has developed creative thinking, persuasion, and brand management skills. She will be graduating in May 2018 and looks forward to bringing her knowledge and expertise to a new company.
